ABRF 2010 Exhibit Booth Pricing

All exhibit booths are 10’ x 10’ spaces

Book on or before December 31, 2009 Book on or after January 1, 2010

Evening Networking Receptions held in the exhibit hall

Coffee breaks and “Munch n’ Mingle” lunche (sponsorships available) located in exhibit hall each day (lunch - Monday only) as the sole location for food
Print Listing in the Annual Meeting Program including exhibitor’s name and contact information, product/service description and booth number
Standard 8' backwall drape and 36" high sidewall drape, aisle carpeting
One 7” X 44" identification sign with company name
Comprehensive online Exhibitor Service Kit containing all necessary forms and information regarding booth furnishings, lead retrieval, electrical and utility service, and shipping
24-hour security in the exhibit hall from move-in through tear-down
EMT/First Aid on-site during move-in, move-out and meeting hours
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the aisles and common exhibit areas

Terms:
20% deposit due within 30 days of application
100% balance due January 15, 2010

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ABRF 2010 Exhibits Manager. Cancellations made prior to January 15, 2010 will receive a return of 50% of payment less a $300 processing fee. No cancellations may be made after that date.
